I am out of state but wanted to have flowers sent to my sister-in-law for her birthday. I googled places near her. Several places came up. The first one couldn't deliver it on the day I needed but Cheney''s could. I was ordering this the night before. Ordering was easy. So the day of delivery i called to confirm the details. The person I spoke to was cheerful, kind, and very helpful. ( I work in retail and have expectations of the service I receive) Everything exceeded my expectations and most importantly my SIL was happy!
