Alex & team went above and beyond on my order. I was sending flowers to a friend whose father had passed away and picked their arrangement that comes with a photo frame. Unfortunately the frame got separated in transit and didn’t make it with the flowers so Alex redelivered the whole arrangement again, this time with the frame included.
